Our friend, a passionate golfer, entrusted us with the search for a property up to 15 million Czech crowns, including all fees. His basic requirements were proximity to a golf course, 3 bedrooms and garage parking. He enjoys visiting the Estepona area and more recently the golf course at Calanova. We therefore embarked on a search in these two areas.
We are sharing with you our first pre-selection of properties, with the exception of one, which we are proceeding with further negotiations.
It is important to note that in Spain the advertised price of the property is increased afterwards by the transfer tax. Currently for older properties it is reduced to 7%. In addition, legal and notary fees and other administrative fees must be added. The price increase is therefore somewhere between 10% - 15% depending on the type of property and is paid by the buyer.
The client had a ceiling which he did not want to go over. So we were looking for properties around 450 to 525 thousand EUR and in a fully furnished condition, immediately available to move in.
