Search for properties at 200 - 300k EUR in Elviria, Cabopino or Mijas

For our clients, we have just done a research of interesting properties in the areas of Elviria, Cabopino and Mijas. For one we were looking for a property around €200,000, the other one was looking for a property about €100,000 more expensive.

Both had similar needs. We are looking for a home with at least two bedrooms which we will be visiting to extend our summer, i.e. mainly in April, May and then September and October. We are not planning to be in Spain in the summer and probably not even in the year end period.

So we will offer it for rent when we are not on site.

We have been able to meet both of their wishes and find places that suit their requirements and are now taking the next steps with a goal of handing over the keys to the new owners from the end of next year. We have decided to share with you the other properties we have offered them, to give you an idea of what is currently available in Spain in these price ranges.


Elviria

Elviria is located in the eastern part of the Marbella district. The centre of Marbella is only 15 minutes away.The airport is approximately 35-40 minutes away.Elviria offers very good amenities such as shops, banks and a wide selection of restaurants. The area is particularly popular with golfers and young couples. The Santa Maria and Elviria Hills golf clubs and the Nikki Beach club are located here.

Cabopino is located on the border of the districts of Marbella and Mijas. It has its own small harbour and is very popular with the British and Germans. Towards Marbella, it is rounded off by the Dunas de Artola, a nature conservation area with beautiful walking trails. There are many popular golf courses in the area, such as Marbella Golf & Country Club, Santa Maria Golf and Country Club, Rio Real Golf Club, Santa Maria Golf Club Marbella and Cabopino Golf Marbella.

Cabopino is one of the more expensive areas due to the limited space around the port. Only this one property is currently on offer at this price level
